EXPLANATION
A Group Policy Object (GPO) is a collection of settings that
define what a system will look like and how it will behave for a defined
group of users. You can use the Group Policy Microsoft Management
Console (MMC) to configure them. In the Group Policy Management Console
(GPMC) console tree, you can link a GPO with the site, domain, or
organizational unit (OU). You cannot link them to the default container.
